If this occurs, the error message is given a severity-level of 3, irrespective of the default severity-level for that error message. If the error message contains UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME, the parameter immediately following the UNKNOWN_PARAMNAME has not yet been updated in the alarm catalog. Order of the parameters in an alarm message can change and it is decided by the Application or Component. Application or Component may decide not to use that parameter in the alarm message. Optional parameter is indicated with the notation.
