Also we've read and heard on these forums that power cycling the phone may also kick start the live tile updating again, should it get stuck.įor the most part though Weather Bug has been very useful and only once has the Live Tile stopped working for me. (At this point it should be updated/updating. Then go back to app, toggle Live Tile back on, save, and then go back to the home screen. In extreme cases you can go into Weather Bug settings, toggle Live Tiles off, save, then back out of the app. Info from the app, it starts working again. Usually after entering the app and getting the 'updated' Sometimes my Live Tile will not update until I actually enter the app (I know this is counterproductive, considering what Live Tiles are supposed to do), but it's a way to "kick start" it again.
